Math Olympiad Success

My students who take the Elementary and Middle School Math Olympiad are regularly recognized for high scores among all participants. My recent 6th grader scored top of her class/school with high ranking nationally.

Meaningful SSAT Math Improvement

The following is data from the 7th/8th grade female students under my mentorship for approximately 6 months during the testing season (June through November).

These students’ scores for their grade and gender increased by an average of 40 percentile points, with a minimum of 9 percentile points and a maximum increase of 57 percentile points.

Students who had begun working with me by the start of 7th grade earned an average of 84 percentile points.

Improved Wellbeing

Many new students describe feeling stress and anxiety associated with math. After one to four semesters of coaching & mentorship, they often report a newfound ability to tackle complicated problems without feeling overwhelmed, and they participate more confidently in class. Reduced stress levels often result in greater calm for the entire family.
